Update Residential Account Information

Four easy ways to update account information

York Elec­tric Coop­er­a­tive makes every effort to serve you in the most effi­cient way pos­si­ble. One of the ways we do this is with our ongo­ing improve­ments in tech­nol­o­gy. Hav­ing cor­rect account infor­ma­tion is a vital com­po­nent that ensures these improve­ments are effec­tive. We offer four con­ve­nient ways for you to update your account infor­ma­tion:

  1. Mem­ber Ser­vices Por­tal (Rec­om­mend­ed)
    Mem­bers can eas­i­ly update account infor­ma­tion online. Sim­ply login to the Mem­ber Ser­vices Por­tal, click My Account, then select Account Pro­file from the drop­down menu. Here you can enter and update your cur­rent account infor­ma­tion.
  2. Online Con­tact Form
    Use this form to update your con­tact infor­ma­tion if you are a cur­rent mem­ber or past mem­ber.
  3. Phone Call
    Change your account infor­ma­tion over the phone by call­ing 803–684-4248 or 800–582-8810 (toll-free), and a friend­ly Mem­ber Ser­vices Rep­re­sen­ta­tive will glad­ly assist you.
  4. In-per­son
    Changes to your account can be made at the same time you pay your bill. Just let the Mem­ber Ser­vices Rep­re­sen­ta­tive know that you need to update your account infor­ma­tion. Please take a few moments to ver­i­fy that the infor­ma­tion we have on file is up-to-date, even if you think your account infor­ma­tion is cor­rect. The Fact Act Leg­is­la­tion requires the account hold­er to pro­vide iden­ti­fi­ca­tion pri­or to YEC employ­ees con­vey­ing any account hold­er infor­ma­tion either by phone or in per­son. Please help us bet­ter serve you by hav­ing your account num­ber, and any oth­er nec­es­sary doc­u­men­ta­tion for iden­ti­fi­ca­tion pur­pos­es, with you when you inquire about your account. This is just anoth­er way YEC is look­ing out for you.
