Levelized Billing

Nearly Predictable Electric Bills

Under Lev­elized Billing, each month­ly bill is the rolling aver­age of your elec­tric usage for the most recent 12 months. For instance, this mon­th’s bill would be the aver­age elec­tric usage of the pre­vi­ous 11 months, plus this month. There’s no sign-up fee or month­ly ser­vice charge. All you need to do is keep your account cur­rent.

The only requirements are:

  • Have and con­tin­ue to main­tain accept­able cred­it
  • Have a zero bal­ance on your account
  • Be a YEC mem­ber for one year at cur­rent res­i­den­tial ser­vice loca­tion
  • Pay bill by orig­i­nal due date each month
