York Elec­tric Coop­er­a­tive has adopt­ed the fol­low­ing res­o­lu­tion regard­ing demand response prac­tices and elec­tric vehi­cle charg­ing pro­grams as detailed in the Infra­struc­ture Invest­ment and Jobs Act of 2021, which amend­ed in the Pub­lic Util­i­ty Reg­u­la­to­ry Poli­cies Act (PURPA) 1978.
