Available to residential members in residences, mobile homes, condominiums, or individually-metered apartments not qualifying for Residential Service (Rate Code 3) or Residential All-Electric (Rate Code 5), but also available for incidental residential and farm/agricultural uses where required transformer capacity does not exceed 50 kVA. This Rate Code was closed on June 1, 2000.
