Dur­ing the first quar­ter of 2015, YEC’s con­tract crews from Asplundh Tree Expert Com­pa­ny will be clear­ing ROW in the Har­mo­ny Sub­sta­tion area south of Rock Hill and also in the Lan­cast­er Coun­ty “pan­han­dle” area of our ser­vice ter­ri­to­ry.

If you live in the Har­mo­ny Sub­sta­tion area south of Rock Hill, you may see crews trim­ming and clear­ing ROW along Hall Spencer, McCal­lis­ter, Lib­er­ty Hill, Kil­lian and Canal roads as well as along High­way 21 south and in the sur­round­ing area.
