Ridgeland based packaging company BE GREEN becomes a Green Power Legacy Partner

Dur­ing his days of surf­ing on the Cal­i­for­nia coast, Be Green Pack­ag­ing cofounder Ron Blitzer not only nav­i­gat­ed the wild waters of the west coast, he also had to posi­tion him­self past the copi­ous amounts of plas­tic lit­ter­ing that would even­tu­al­ly wash ashore. Alarmed at the increase in harm­ful pol­lu­tion, Ron decid­ed to cre­ate a com­pa­ny that would help— not harm—the envi­ron­ment. Today, Ron—along with his busi­ness part­ner Robert Richman—operate one of the glob­al lead­ers in sus­tain­able pack­ag­ing production—Ridgeland based Be Green Pack­ag­ing.
