Mem­ber ser­vices rep­re­sen­ta­tive Quasha Dun­ham is part of YEC’s chat team. “We’re hap­py to be able to use tech­nol­o­gy to serve mem­bers in a new way,” says Dun­ham. “We know it might be hard to make a call while you are at work or busy with oth­er things, so this pro­vides a solu­tion for our mem­bers.”

Don’t wor­ry. Excep­tion­al ser­vice and knowl­edge won’t be com­pro­mised to cut down on time. We have sev­en well-trained mem­ber ser­vices mem­bers ready to respond to your chats. They are part of our local mem­ber ser­vices team here, so they know the val­ue of look­ing out for our mem­bers.
